PEACH FIRE
Batch #31 - is a handcrafted, limited edition micro batch of fiery Habaneros from my garden along with the sweetness of the best Niagara Peaches this season. I would say this one is pretty tame though - at the low end of 3/5 heat. (Aug’23)
Batch #32 is next level. I got lucky with the last of the sweet Niagara peaches this season, but the real game-changer is I used Habaneros from only a single plant in my garden. 3.5/5 heat (Sep’23)
WASP KILLER
Batch #9 is probably going to be the one that scares some people into thinking it will be too hot. The Trinidad Scorpion peppers are hot, but I promise it’s nowhere near a Last Dab of any Hot Ones lineup. Still would rate 5/5 heat (Sep’23).
PIÑA COLAVA
Batch #21 is a wicked combo of Bhut Jolokia (Ghost Pepper) and Habanero peppers that were lovingly grown in my garden, along with grilled pineapple for a sweet and smoky hit slap in the face, and then a heat that will take over and make you forget about the sweet. Yeah it slaps at 4/5 heat (Aug’23).
