1. Shipping Destinations
At Sweet Bastard Baking Co Ltd, our products are proudly made and sold in beautiful Niagara Region, Ontario. Currently, we only offer shipping to points in Southern Ontario. Please note that we do not ship to locations outside of Southern Ontario at this time. Please fill out the contact form to arrange any special deliveries.
2. Shipping Methods and Fees
We are committed to providing you with the best possible shipping experience. We offer the following shipping methods within Southern Ontario:
Standard Shipping: Your order will be delivered within 72-hrs at a flat rate of $15.
3. Processing Time
Please allow 2-3 days for us to process and prepare your order for shipment. You will receive an email notification with tracking information once your order is on its way.
4. Delivery Time
Delivery times may vary based on your location within Southern Ontario. Please allow for 2-3 days for your order to arrive at your specified destination. For more accurate delivery estimates, please refer to the tracking information provided.
5. Shipping Restrictions
Please note the following shipping restrictions:
We do not ship to locations outside of Southern Ontario at this time.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address for delivery.
6. Order Tracking
We provide order tracking information for all shipped orders. You will receive an email with tracking details once your order is dispatched. You can track your order's progress using the provided tracking number on our carrier's website.
7. Shipping Address
Please ensure that you provide an accurate and complete shipping address when placing your order. Sweet Bastard Baking Co Ltd will not be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
